1. Eligibility
The Walton Law Firm, P.C. Auburn Rodeo VIP Giveaway (“Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age and identity will be required. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Employees of Walton Law Firm, P.C., their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling), and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on Friday, March 28th, 2025 and ends at 8:00 PM Central Time on Tuesday, April 8th, 2025. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

LIKE the giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram.

FOLLOW @WaltonLawFirmPC on the platform used to enter.

COMMENT and tag at least one friend on the giveaway post.

SHARE the giveaway post to their story or feed.
Each participant is limited to one entry per platform. Entries must be made by an individual acting in their personal capacity; automated or bulk entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

Two (2) VIP Passes to the Auburn Rodeo at Sistrunk Farms on April 12, 2025
NOTE: Parking passes are NOT included. Travel, lodging, and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize is non-transferable, cannot be substituted, and has no cash value. Walton Law Firm, P.C. reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
Passes will be available at Will Call.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Walton Law Firm, P.C. and notified via direct message on the platform used to enter within 24 hours of contest end.
To claim the prize, the selected winner must:

Respond within 12 hours of notification.

Come to our Auburn location office at 1710 Catherine Court, Suite B Auburn Alabama 36830, present valid ID and sign the Waiver and Release of Liability (see Section 6). Failure to respond or complete required documentation within the timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Waiver and Release of Liability
As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner must sign the Waiver and Release of Liability, which includes the following key terms:

Walton Law Firm, P.C. is not affiliated with the Auburn Rodeo or its organizers, and is solely providing admission tickets.

Winner acknowledges and assumes inherent risks associated with attending a live, outdoor rodeo event.

Walton Law Firm, P.C. shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising out of participation in or attendance at the event.

Winner further agrees to hold harmless Walton Law Firm, P.C., its agents, employees, and affiliates from any liability associated with the event.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to:

Be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by Walton Law Firm, P.C.

Grant Walton Law Firm, P.C. permission to use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation or further notice, unless prohibited by law.
Walton Law Firm, P.C. reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the contest for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or force majeure.
8. Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram), Auburn Rodeo, Sistrunk Farms, or SNMN Holdings Group, LLC d/b/a Rock the South, LLC (“event sponsor”). Walton Law Firm, P.C. is not acting as an agent for the event sponsor and is solely providing admission tickets to the winner.
The winner acknowledges that Walton Law Firm, P.C. does not owe any legal duty beyond providing entry tickets and shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with attendance at the event. By signing the required Waiver and Release of Liability, the winner expressly assumes all inherent risks associated with attending a live, outdoor concert and rodeo event and agrees to release, hold harmless, and forever discharge Walton Law Firm, P.C., its agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, causes of action, legal damages, or liabilities—whether known or unknown—that may arise from attending or participating in the event.
This waiver also extends to any claims the winner may now have, or have in the future, against the event sponsor, its agents, contractors, or vendors.
